Reiki is a gentle, safe, and effective application of universal life force energy (the same energy that helps plants grow and us to feel well!). It has been proven to promote stress reduction and relaxation and helps to strengthen your natural biomagnetic field, to keep you feeling healthy!
Stepping into anything new can feel nerve-racking at first. Totally natural.
But some things have to be experienced for them to feel real.

Reiki was my first love. It is what started my journey into energy work.

What is a Reiki session like? In a typical Reiki Service, we will start by meeting in person and connecting over a cozy cup of tea, chatting about your goals for the session. From there, you will lay on a massage table, fully clothed, and receive on-body or off-body energy work of your choice. Throughout our time together, I will check in with you about your experience to ensure you feel safe and AllWays in your Power. My Clients often say it feels comforting and that it’s like entering a deep meditation filled with healing light.
